MLC came to us for lead generation and needed a reliable source to feed new projects into their accounts team. The Munro Agency helped MLC by building custom databases and highly targeted outreach campaigns via email, social and PPC to drive a reliable source of new business leads for MLC.
The Munro Agency built a custom database in conjunction with MLC that was based on their ideal target customer, job titles and location. After this we undertook a series of outreach campaigns whilst testing different messaging and call to actions.
Spanning email, AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn and professional groups – The Munro Agency was able to dramatically increase the number of leads coming into the business.
We also developed sophisticated Retargeting campaigns to bring new leads back to the site as well as upsell to existing customers. This included segmentation of web traffic into different buyer groups and position within the sales funnel. Allowing us to test and ultimately deploy highly relevant messaging across a variety of ad networks.
With all of this in mind we also built and integration module to send leads directly into their CRM and notify the correct salesperson.
The Munro Agency has increased the number of leads coming in to the business by 500%. This directly contributed to the company doubling turnover every year for the last 4 years. MLC has also increased its headcount and moved to new and more spacious offices.
